Rooms are available for check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

To keep everyone fueled for a fun-filled weekend, the resort will be offering breakfast and lunch options available for purchase from the menus below. We'll also have light snacks and treats available throughout the day in the chalets for you to enjoy. If you'd prefer something specific, you're welcome to bring your own food and enjoy it in your room or chalet. Please note that during the resort's operating hours, outside food is not permitted in shared resort spaces outside of the chalets.

Throughout the wedding weekend, beverages will be available during our hosted events. If you'd like to bring additional drinks for your stay, you're welcome to enjoy them in the privacy of your room or chalet. The resort kindly asks that outside alcohol not be consumed in common areas outside of the chalets. To help staff uphold this policy, please avoid using reusable cups or drink containers in shared spaces, as they may be mistaken for outside beverages.

Formal invitations and RSVP cards will be sent closer to the wedding date. We kindly ask that all RSVPs be returned by April 10, 2027. If you are unable to attend, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible. This helps us with planning and arrangements for the weekend.

Dogs are welcome to join the weekend! We ask that they stay in your room during the ceremony and reception and remain on a leash while enjoying the resort grounds.

There is complimentary parking available onsite for all guests throughout the wedding weekend.

The resort has been reserved exclusively for our wedding weekend, so the only guests onsite will be our family and friends. We hope you'll make yourself at home, explore the property, and enjoy!
